Objectives

The project aims to modernize the operations of the Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe Oy (MLE) factory in Järvenpää, Finland, by implementing sedApta’s production monitoring system. This system will digitize production control, replacing manual tasks with automated controls.

 

Specific objectives include:

  • Updating and continuously monitoring production progress, final times, and quantities produced through updated performance indicators
  • Providing MLE managers with real-time visibility into production processes, including quality controls, final inspections, and material consumption via tablets or laptops directly on the factory floor
  • Enabling immediate corrections to production processes
  • Integrating the system for future process control automations.

Solution

Elisa Industriq implemented the sedApta’s Shop Floor Monitor across all production lines at the MLE forklift factory in Järvenpää. This system digitizes production control, replacing manual tasks with automated processes.

The sedApta production monitoring system enables continuous performance indicator updates, offering managers real-time insights into processes, including quality controls, final inspections, and material consumption through intuitive interfaces like tablets and laptops. This allows for immediate corrections and paves the way for further future automation.
