A leading Central European mobile and fixed network operator is to deploy the advanced Customer Experience Assurance solution from Polystar, the leading provider of automated assurance and data management solutions for CSPs, to strengthen customer experience management and quality of service throughout its networks.

The new deal expands the partnership between the two companies with the upgrade of a traditional service assurance and network monitoring solution to a Customer Experience Assurance solution that will enable 24/7 real-time monitoring of performance across multiple technologies. The solution comes with flexibility to integrate multiple data sources and enables creation of on demand use cases to extend the analytics capability.

Polystar’s Customer Experience Assurance solution combines two key products: OSIX Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting provides advanced monitoring functionality that includes network tracing and troubleshooting that enable CSPs to detect and resolve network issues or poor performance before they impact customer experience. The KALIX Analytics tool delivers a unified view the network, customers and service performance in real-time, underpinned by AI.
