Polystar announces signature of Operations Support Systems interoperability initiative (OSSii) agreement with Nokia. This partnership grants continuous access to Nokia’s technical specifications, enabling Polystar to enhance and maintain its RAN monitoring solution seamlessly with Nokia interfaces.
The Operations Support Systems interoperability initiative (OSSii) was initiated to facilitate interoperability between different vendor’s solutions.
Operations Support Systems typically integrate to a variety of telecom network technologies, from many different equipment vendors, as well as the telecom operator business systems, making OSS integration both complex and costly.
Nokia started The Operations Support Systems interoperability initiative jointly with Ericsson and Huawei.
