Elite has chosen sedApta as a strategic partner to optimize and manage various business areas, with the goal of improving efficiency, visibility, and quality throughout the production chain. The main areas of focus include:

The project involves the implementation of several solutions from the sedApta Suite, including integrated planning through Sales & Operations Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and Material Requirements Planning. Additionally, demand and inventory management are optimized with Demand Management and Inventory Management tools. Sales analysis and collaboration are supported by Sales Analysis and Sales Collaborative solutions, while resource and supply planning is enhanced through Resource and Supply Planning and Finite Capacity Planning. The project also includes online supply chain management using the Web Supply Engine, improved collaboration with suppliers, and quality control through dedicated check-lists.
