High-Performance Manufacturing Data Warehouse for Advanced Analytics

With LineWorks mDICE, your production has its own high-performance Manufacturing Data Warehouse (MDWH) that can be operated together with any Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The MDWH enables interactive analyses with fast queries and reports over longer periods of time as required for example to assess and document trends, for lean recall actions, or to prove sustainability. The separation of tasks with intensive data mining from the ongoing production supports smooth production processes and creates the basis for a powerful KPI reporting system with the shortest possible response times.

Seamless Integration Between OLTP and Data Warehouse Systems

The production itself is organized with a highly available OLTP database (Online Transaction Processing) which primarily ensures the functionality of the production execution in the daily production routine. Due to the different and clearly separable tasks, the memory management and data structures of an OLTP database are fundamentally different from those of an MDWH.
