How AI Will Deliver Value in 2026 | Polystar Telco Predictions
AI has rapidly gone from buzzword to ubiquity. As 2026 approaches, the real question is: where is the true value, and how do we unlock it?
Polystar launches E2E analytics and assurance for FBB and FWA networks at Mobile World Congress 2026. Visit Stand 5F35 in Hall 5 for a demonstration.
Commercially proven and deployed solution extends Kalix to enable comprehensive service assurance for high-speed services delivered to residential and business properties, with a unique integrated view that enhances customer service and support.
Stockholm, February 24th, 2026. Polystar announces a new and comprehensive solution to provide end-to-end analytics and assurance for Fixed Broadband (FBB) and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) networks. The solution is available for demonstration at Mobile World Congress in March – and is already being deployed by leading operators, such as Ooredoo.
The new solution is available as an extension to the existing range of Kalix portals and incorporates both probe-based monitoring and DataOps processing to integrate multiple data sources – delivering a unified view of FBB and FWA services.
By capturing an accurate, end-to-end view of service performance that combines Performance Management data from the fiber network, Broadband Network Gateways, AAA servers and more, the new analytics solution equips support teams with the tools they need to manage service quality and accelerate first call resolution for their customers.
The integrated solution enables a view of the experiences delivered by CPE devices, as well as access network and core performance. It also includes automated anomaly detection and Root Cause Analysis, powered by AI/ML, with issue prioritization, accelerating resolution.
Data from different sources is ingested and processed by the DataOps capabilities, correlating both User and Control plane information with the underlying network resources and topologies and ensuring compatibility with multi-vendor networks.
As a result, users can access different views through the Kalix portals – enabling them to focus on specific applications consumed by customers, as well as overall network and service characteristics, such as DNS time analysis and access speed performance.
“The FBB and FWA analytics and assurance solution offers users unparalleled insights that combine data from previously siloed resources into a consistent, correlated view,” said Henri Helanterä, Head of Network Assurance at Polystar.
“This makes a dramatic improvement to customer service and enables accelerated first call resolution – as Ooredoo has found in its deployments across its operating units.”
The new enhancements extend the use cases and applicability of the Kalix product suite into a crucial domain – the delivery of high-speed services to residential and business customers – and is available for demonstration on Polystar’s stand at Mobile World Congress (Hall 5, Stand 5F35).
