Multi-agent assurance system augments Polystar’s shared intelligence platform, in which an advanced data fabric, analytics, reasoning, and automation operate seamlessly as a governed system — enabling new agentic experience-driven operations, without sacrificing trust or control for telecom networks.
Stockholm, February 24, 2026. Polystar will demonstrate a new, multi-agent assurance solution at Mobile World Congress. The demonstration sees the debut of an enriched data fabric combined with analytics, telco-optimized reasoning and agentic automation. The solution extends the proven Polystar automated assurance portfolio through the addition of a specialized Agentic AI framework.
The innovation adds a new library of expert AI agents to the existing intelligence platform – in which a common data fabric supports analytics, reasoning capabilities and agentic automation. The expert agents provide domain-level expertise, based on the unique Polystar knowledge base.
They benefit from the unified, correlated and structured data presented by the data fabric with each agent in the growing library uniquely trained to focus on particular subject areas. For example, agents optimized for VoLTE, messaging, legacy 2G and 3G networks, and network alarms.
They provide focused access to deep insights that accelerate root cause analysis, problem resolution and insights. Agents can collaborate to solve complex problems that span different domains, requesting expertise from peers to obtain accurate resolutions and corresponding actions, while also enabling enhanced workflow automation.
“One of the problems with agentic adoption has been that the dataset used by the agents is too unstructured – which can lead to hallucinations. Our Agentic framework uses logic-driven intelligence in combination with AI, leveraging Polystar’s exclusive expert knowledge base, which means they are schooled in telecoms expertise and experience. As a result, they deliver unprecedented accuracy”, commented Asparuh Rashid, Head of Data Assurance at Polystar.
With agentic capabilities, the agents pave the way for MCP-enabled interaction across multi-vendor operational environments, in which AI from different systems can interact to share knowledge and support extended automation flows.
The agentic enhancements can be viewed on Polystar’s stand at Mobile World Congress (Hall 5, Stand 5F35).
