With over 25 years of experience in the Telco industry, Steve is an accomplished CEO who previously held executive and non-executive board roles in global companies, overseeing growth and exits. He served as CEO and board member of Norconsult Telematics, a telco services and software solution company with global operations, and played a crucial role in Aircom International’s global expansion from a few offices to 18, resulting in two exits.

Thomas has over 20 years of experience from the telecommunication & IT industries. During his time in Elisa Polystar, he has held a number of management positions within the company, including Chief Technology Officer. As Chief Product Officer, Thomas oversees development of the entire Elisa Polystar product portfolio and outlines its strategy direction.

Combining deep technical and business expertise with more than 15 years’ of experience in the telecom and IT sectors, Georgios has held key positions in the Services department since 2013. In his current role as COO, Georgios oversees all operations in pursuit of operational excellence and outstanding customer satisfaction, while securing that our customers gain the most value from our solution portfolio.

Gerhard has 20 years of experience in different Senior technical roles at Cisco, FRINX and Polystar. He holds a US patent for innovations in message header compression and he co-authored the book “MPLS-Based VPNs: Designing Advanced Virtual Network”. In 2016 Gerhard co-founded FRINX, a software company specialized in transport network automation, that was acquired by Polystar in 2021. Gerhard was appointed Chief Technology Officer and Head of Development at Polystar in November 2024.

Katja is an experienced CFO, having held leadership positions within the ICT industry for more than 20 years. Her roles have covered finance, business planning, and operations in international companies. Prior to joining Polystar, Katja held roles in Microsoft, KPNQwest and EUnet, and most recently at Elisa as VP Finance and CFO for Elisa Videra, another Elisa group company.

Nicklas is a modern, customer-centric leader with a diverse background spanning Customer Success, Operations, Product Management, and Professional Services across the Telecom, IoT, and IT industries. As Chief Customer Officer at Polystar, he drives the Services organization with a focus on empowering high-performing teams to create outstanding value and results for customers.

Mikko is an internationally experienced sales executive with a proven track record in the telecom industry. He has held various senior sales executive roles in companies like Nokia and Amdocs. Now he leads Polystar’s global sales organization while shaping the company’s overall business strategy. His expertise spans revenue operations, business planning, and driving growth in highly competitive markets. Mikko is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term business relationships.

Terhi has dedicated most of her career to the Elisa Corporation in various leadership and HR roles. She began her journey in Finance at Elisa and, after many years in IT and software development leadership positions, transitioned to HR. Terhi's expertise lies particularly in global HR capabilities. Before her current role, she gained invaluable experience at Elisa Videra.

With a dynamic blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, Nooshin is passionate about developing comprehensive marketing strategies and championing cross-functional collaboration. She thrives in fast-paced environments where innovation and excellence are paramount. Nooshin heads the global marketing team at Polystar and joined the leadership team in 2025.
