Excess marketplace is a simple database and search engine. Your excess inventory data is loaded into a central database. Users also can search the stock of every community member. Users who find a match they wish to purchase can place a bid with the seller, who can begin correspondence to facilitate the transaction or negotiation.

Buyers and sellers on Excess marketplace are able to negotiate independently of our team. As is outlined in our Terms of Service, we are not responsible for any counterfeit, damaged, faulty, or otherwise deficient goods sourced using Excess marketplace or other CalcuQuote products.
We do, however, want our customers to feel confident and safe using CalcuQuote products. For this reason, we’re partnering with the Astute Group, a globally-recognized AS6081-certified reseller with more than thirty years of experience in electronics supply chain. At the buyer’s election, Astute Group will inspect any components purchased through Excess marketplace to ensure their quality before shipping the product to the customer.

The terms will be negotiated directly between the seller and the buyer after a trade-match has been made.

You will find your active and completed orders in “Bid History,” where past bids, sales, and purchase orders will appear as "Sent".

CalcuQuote collects no fees for Excess marketplace. Anyone may list their inventory, place bids, and buy or sell components for no surcharge. Services provided by Astute Group may have a service charge.

Please compile a list of excess materials into a CSV or XLSX file format. You can upload it HERE by filling out the form. The more information you include, the better the probability of a buyer finding and bidding on your parts.
When it is time to renew your inventory, just repeat the process and send in a new list through the same link as mentioned above! We will remove your old list and replace it with the new one.
